Tokyo International Exchange College Ikebukuro- Special Lecture – Japanese Affair

On Wednesday, May 25th, College President Seiko Hayama held a special lecture on Japanese affairs.

In the beginning, she expressed her hope that each student would pay attention to their health and strive to learn Japanese without any accidents.

Additionally, she carefully talked about Japanese culture as well as various manners and rules of Japanese society for students to live safely and securely, about common sense and customs, etc. She also emphasized the importance of compliance with Japanese laws and regulations. Finally, she called on students to be careful not to be involved in crimes while introducing and explaining the recent cases of crimes in detail.

In particular, while introducing and explaining recent crimes committed by foreigners, she reminded students to be careful of ‘sweet’ temptations and ‘pleasant’ talk and not be involved in any crimes accidentally.

Furthermore, she also encouraged students to pursue the true “path of happiness” and “the path of victory” in the precious new stage of their lives of studying abroad.

As the school president thoroughly lectured on these serious topics to understand, the students listened intently and actively asked numerous questions.
