On September 26th, Mr. Shozo Azuma, President of Chiba Institute of Science (Chōshi, Chiba, Japan), visited our school and had a meeting with President Hayama.

The meeting was attended by Principal Ezaki, Chief of Academic Affairs Dobashi, and Office Manager Yabe, and Office Manager of the China branch school Kan joined the meeting online.

Mr. Azuma with his experience as a member of the House of Representatives and Vice Minister of Foreign Affairs, referring to the current state of education in Japan and around the world, spoke seriously about reforming and improving education systems which open up the future of young people. The meeting was a lively exchange of views on a wide range of topics, including the purpose, mission, and role of education, as well as educational issues surrounding international students.

In particular, from the perspective that exchanges between international students from Japan and China will become increasingly important on the occasion of the 50th anniversary of the normalization of diplomatic relations between Japan and China, we have confirmed that our two schools will work together to accept international students.
