In August and September, we held experiential learning sessions at the Ikebukuro Disaster Prevention Center for each class.
We experienced earthquakes, smoke, and firefighting activities, and learned what to do during a disaster. Many international students come from countries without earthquakes, making this a valuable experience.
I hope that, should they encounter an earthquake or fire, they will be able to act based on what they learned at the Ikebukuro Disaster Prevention Center!
