They gave us lecture about Japanese rules and what to do in emergency situations. Tokyo International Exchange College Ikebukuro is always thinking about how to create good, comfortable environment for both exchange students and Japanese people around us. We hope that exchange students and their neighbors will spend safe and fun winter vacation.
