We celebrated the star festival with all of our classes earlier this week, we had them write down their wishes on a piece of paper and hang them on bamboo grass as a tradition to wish their dreams come true.

We just held our hanami field trip for the M1 anf M2 classes!! Though the cherry blossons had turned green a little, we all still had a wonderful time out there exploring the park and the museum!

Hanami!! We took our students on a field trip down to the Asukayama Park and an art museum near by, suppose them cherry blossom put a bigger smile on their face than the museum did huh! It's still a bit chilling at night here in Tokyo, stay warm guys!

On the 6th of march, we held our first graduation ceremony for our 46 inaugural students from 9 countries around the globe, including China, Vietnam, Uzbekistan, India, Pakistan, Myanmar, Sri Lanka, Philippines, and America on campus. Each students recieved their diplomas from our principal Ezaki individually. Sun Hsueh Ting, our student from China who are set to study grad school at Shizuoka University were chosen as the valedictorian to encourage her sucess.
Graduation ceremony came to an end after students sang "wings to fly" all together and our CEO and teachers at TIEC given their speeches.
After the ceremony, we interviewed our students to further know their experiences at TIEC Ikebukuro.
